FIX-0-COL-POPULAR

DESCRIPTION :

FIX-O-COL-POPULAR polyvinyl Acetate Based Wood Adhesive is a milky white emulsion. It is recommended for economical water based wood adhesive.

CHEMICAL COMPOSTION (Primary Contents) :

Poly Vinyl Acetate (Active Polymer), Polyvinyl Alcohol (Colloids), Water, DPB (Plasticizing Agent).

APPLICATION DETAILS :

Wood

(a)  Spread adhesive evenly and clamp for at least 30 minutes or until the moisture in the bond dissipates.

(b)  Bond will usually reach full strength in 24 hours

Paper and cloth :

(a)  Spread adhesive lightly and press materials together for 15-30 minutes or until the moisture in the bond dissipates.

(b)  Do not disturb the bond when adhesive is wet.

Joints Assembly :

(a)  Squeeze a generous amount of adhesive over the area to be bonded, fit the joints together snugly and clamp the assembly to stabilize the bond for one hour or until the adhesive film dries. Machining is usually possible one hour after assembling.

CLEAN UP :

(c)  Clean with water wet rag while the adhesive is wet. Removal of dry adhesive is very difficult.

(d)  Use of ammoniated cleaners with vigorous scrubbing to remove dry adhesive.

Safety :

Handle with Care. Before and during use, avoid inhalation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Take precautions against possible risks of fire or explosions as well as protection of the environment. Apply only in well ventilated areas.
