DYEING PROCEDURE

DISSOLVING OF BASIC DYES

The dyestuff is pasted with an equal amount of Acetic Acid (40%) and boiling water is then added.

Cotton & Viscose fibres are first mordanted with Tannic Acid Tartarematic and subsequently dyed with Basic Dyes at around 50-60oC.

The illustration serve only as a guideline, since depth and tone depends on actual condition and raw material used.

Fastness Properties :

Fastness Figures Light:    1 to 8 in increasing order.

                    
 Others:    1 to 5 in increasing order
